Originally from Houston, Texas, Talbot has called Louisiana home since 2013. After graduating from Louisiana State University, he chose to build his career and life in the Gulf South. Over the past decade, he has developed strong personal and professional connections throughout the region. Today, he is committed to helping homebuyers and homeowners navigate the mortgage process with confidence while building meaningful partnerships with clients and real estate professionals alike.

Talbot began his career in financial services in the insurance industry. There, he built a strong foundation in risk assessment, financial protection, and client advocacy. That experience gave him a clear understanding of how deeply a mortgage decision influences a client’s overall financial picture.
