Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Ryan will continue to originate loans while helping to lead the company’s retail growth throughout Texas and the Southwest.
With more than 25 years of experience in finance and over a decade in the mortgage industry, Ryan brings both leadership and a relationship-driven approach to Standard Mortgage. His background with global financial firms has given him a deep understanding of how financial strategy can empower individuals, families, and businesses alike.
That experience shaped his philosophy, which centers on connection, trust, and education, and it guides every loan he originates.

A graduate of The Citadel, Ryan has called Southlake, Texas, home for more than 20 years, where he lives with his wife and three children. He has been recognized as one of the top professionals in the region, earning titles such as Top Mortgage Lender in Southlake by Southlake Style Readers’ Choice, and Best of Mortgage Professional by both D Magazine and 360 West.
In his new role, Ryan will focus on growing the company’s footprint and strengthening its customer relationships, while continuing to help clients navigate the home financing process. Standard Mortgage offers a full range of mortgage products, from conventional and Non-QM loans to cash-out refinances, empowering borrowers with flexible options that meet their financial goals.
