Customer Service Representative/Inbound Calls

Standard Mortgage Corporation is a privately owned Mortgage Banker located in New Orleans and is seeking a highly motivated individual looking for a career as a Customer Service Representative.

The primary function will be to answer inbound customer calls and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner while providing a pleasant interaction with the customer. Candidate must be personable and a good listener. Daily processes will involve documentation of calls, interface with other departments, and follow-up. Must be willing to train, learn system applications, and accept other related Customer Service duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Mortgage, Call Center, or Customer Contact experience helpful but not required.
  • Must be reliable, organized, able to multi-task, and have effective communication skills. Requires attention to detail and knowledge of Microsoft Word,
  • Excel, Outlook, and data entry a plus.
