Customer Service Representative/Inbound calls

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering solutions to customer issues

- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma -Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred
- Call center experience in mortgage lending or related field
- Experienced with in person customer interactions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems
