Talbot Aucoin is a mortgage loan officer with Standard Mortgage Corporation, bringing nine years of financial services experience, including six years in mortgage lending. He works with first-time homebuyers, experienced real estate investors, and borrowers with complex financial situations. His lending experience includes conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and jumbo loans, as well as physician loans, down payment assistance, investment property financing, and non-qualified mortgage programs.
Talbot holds a Mortgage Loan Originator license and licenses in property and casualty insurance and life and health insurance. He is a member of the Greater New Orleans Mortgage Lenders Association. His work includes helping borrowers evaluate loan structures, navigate financing challenges, and explore refinancing or access to home equity based on their individual circumstances.
Outside of work, Talbot enjoys following LSU football, playing golf whenever he has the opportunity, and making the most of time with his child and family. Having called Louisiana home for over a decade and planning to remain here long term, he values building lasting partnerships with clients and real estate professionals across the region.
